Every item at Royal Ruminee is carefully handmade. I inspect and double-check each item before shipping, ensuring your piece of treasure will come to you in excellent condition. Every order is also carefully packaged. 📦✨

For this reason, all sales are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email me within 2 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. This will help me review the problem.

Each request is reviewed carefully. If the item is confirmed to have arrived damaged or incorrect, I will decide if a replacement or refund will be provided.
